These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of houstonprinting.com and any order placed with Houston Printing & Marketing ("we," "us," "our"). By placing an order or using this site, you agree to these Terms.

 

Custom Products

Most items we sell are custom printed to order based on the sizes, materials, quantities, and artwork you provide at checkout. Because of this, standard e-commerce return rights do not apply once production begins. See our Return & Refund Policy for details.

 

Artwork and Proofs

You are responsible for providing print-ready artwork (PDF or AI files preferred) that meets our specifications. Where a proof is provided, production will not begin until you approve it. Once approved, the proof is considered final and correct - we are not responsible for spelling, layout, or design errors present in an approved proof. Colors may vary slightly between your screen and the final printed product due to differences in display calibration and print processes.

 

Intellectual Property

You represent that you own or have the necessary rights and permissions to use any artwork, logos, text, or images submitted for printing, and that your use of this content does not infringe on any third party's rights. You agree to indemnify us against any claims arising from artwork you submit.

 

Pricing and Payment

Prices are quoted per the specifications submitted (size, material, quantity) and are due at the time of order unless otherwise agreed. Prices are subject to change without notice for future orders.

 

Production and Turnaround

Standard turnaround times vary by product and are estimates, not guarantees. Rush production may be available for an additional fee. Turnaround begins once artwork is finalized and, where applicable, the proof is approved.

 

Shipping and Delivery

Shipping timelines are estimates provided by our carriers and are outside our direct control. Risk of loss passes to you upon delivery to the carrier. See our Return & Refund Policy for how we handle items damaged in transit.

 

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Houston Printing & Marketing's liability for any claim related to an order is limited to the amount paid for that order. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including lost profits or business interruption.

 

Cancellations

Orders may be canceled for a full refund only before production begins. Once materials have been cut or printed, the order cannot be canceled.

 

Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the site or future orders after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

 

Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, without regard to conflict of law principles.
