Refund policy
Houston Printing & Marketing produces custom, made-to-order print products - banners, signs, decals, vinyl graphics, wall murals, business cards, and more - built to your specific sizes, materials, and artwork. Because each order is produced specifically for you, we are unable to accept returns or offer refunds on completed orders except in the cases outlined below.
Order Errors on Our Part
If your order arrives with a production error - incorrect size, material, or a print/color defect that does not match the approved proof - contact us within 7 days of delivery at 281-444-7446 or info@houstonprinting.marketing. We will reprint or repair the item at no cost, or issue a refund if a reprint is not possible.
Damaged in Shipping
If your order arrives damaged, keep the original packaging and materials, and contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the damage. We will arrange a reprint or refund as appropriate.
Customer Errors
Because our products are custom printed to the specifications and artwork you provide, we cannot offer refunds or reprints for: spelling, grammar, or design errors in customer-supplied artwork or approved proofs; incorrect sizes, quantities, or materials selected at checkout; color variation due to differences between screen display and printed output; or change of mind after production has started.
Cancellations
Orders can be canceled for a full refund only before production begins. Once a job enters production, it cannot be canceled, as materials have already been cut or printed to your specifications.
Proofs
For products where a digital proof is provided, production does not begin until you approve the proof. Please review proofs carefully - once approved, the order is considered final and correct.
